As woodworking moves into the new millennium, high tech infiltrates the wood shop. Not all woodworkers will welcome these changes, at RMD we seek to be in the vanguard.

Royalton Millwork & Design has gained a reputation for uncompromising quality and workmanship while meeting our responsibilities in a timely manner. Our goal has been and always will be, to leave a legacy of artistry and craftsmanship in every project we are associated with. This has in part, been accomplished through an ongoing commitment to embrace state of the art technology when it advances these goals. The design and construction of special purpose jigs, fixtures and machines to meet new woodworking challenges more effectively, has become the hallmark of Royalton Millwork & Design for those who know us.

Using our SCMI Profile Knife Grinder and SuperSet 23 digitally controlled five head molder, we produce more than 350 standard molding profiles from a variety hardwoods such as oak, cherry, walnut, ash, mahogany, etc..  In house knife grinding allows for very competitive pricing on custom profiles.

Digital technology continues to integrate with our traditional woodworking methods. Recently, we've added CADD (computer aided design & drafting) coupled with an interactive database of all products' specifications to assure exact repeatability on customers reorders.
